This bit of information I got from Scott, an effervescent 35 year Home Hardware veteran. What I found endearing was that all of the staff were very ebullient and knowledgeable on their inventory and going all out to help you

T	Tima Shah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a great store and team! I wen't in to get drill bits to make holes in rubber furniture feet. They advised me on how to do it and gave me some scrap wood for free so I don't damage my counters while drilling! Can't wait to go again for future projects!

But “Retail 101” is to be consistent and here what you're told depends entirely on the individual you speak with. Two different staff will tell you two completely different things, or you'll be told one thing over the phone and another when you get to the store. To be honest I think a few of the folks here just don't like dealing with customers.

What led me to give this location such a low rating is how I was treated by the staff. I caught one of the staff sneaking a photo of me while chuckling as I was making my way out of the store. I felt incredibly uneasy and appalled by this behavior. This place is not LGBT friendly and I will not be personally returning here. What an AWFUL experience.
W	Winston Kirk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has knowledgeable staff, but the store does not abide by corporate price match policy. They declined to price match an in-stock item from a local Home Depot, which is pretty disappointing. So much for their price match promise.
