★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, 3 beds taken apart and put back together (a bit better than they were before, in fact). Friendly, positive, hard-working staff. Everything packed safely, nothing broken and everything delivered to the right rooms. Even taking off a door to get our fridge up some stairs was achieved and put back seamlessly in minutes. Glad we don't move often, but I hope Miracle is around when we do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miracle Movers... What can I say? These guys mean business and know how to get it done. I was in a unique situation where I needed two apartments moved over a two-day weekend and they were able to accommodate a first move of the day on both days for me no problem. When they arrived, Alex and his team were fast and most importantly efficient in packing, dismantling and moving everything that needed to go onto the truck. They did not waste any time just hanging around. At each intended destination, the unload went just as efficiently. If you need movers, I highly recommend these guys. If you can, I recommend requesting being the first move of the day. :) I have used these guys since 2015 and wouldn't go anywhere else for my moving needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our second time using Miracle Movers for our move in Oakville. The moving team did an excellent job with our move. They were efficient, professional and had a real work ethic to ensure we had a more manageable experience. They did a brilliant job loading and unloading our heavy and fragile furniture (we have quite a few pieces with a lot of glass). Nothing got damaged. We were very contented with the outcome and will continue to use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired MM for a long distance move (YYZ-YYC) for a small 1 bedroom apartment.
They unfortunately lost one of our 8 pieces of furniture; took forever to respond and address the issue. After weeks of battling they offered us a $50 compensation. Only to find our lost furniture 4 months later somewhere in their warehouse - said it would be delivered to us, that again took forever as they didn’t have a truck coming in our area anytime soon.
Good to note that even though we hired MM, it was a Centennial Moving crew and truck that came to pick up our stuff. Which is interesting as we purposely not hired Centennial after getting a quote from them.
Anyways your customer service could really use more care imo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved to Toronto from out of province with a U-haul. Miracle movers met us at our address within the timeframe that they gave us. Ruslan and Phillip worked efficiently and completed the move within two hours. The rate was fair and nothing was damaged. I would recommend it to family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks, Miracle. I didn't know where to start in helping my parents move house. They had accumulated a lot of stuff over the years. Alex took the information from the photos I provided. He then gave me the initial estimate. I liked the way they worked and they gave an honest assessment of the job. The movers knew what they were doing and did it well. Honestly, I could not have asked for more effort or organizing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company was terrific. I chose it because of the reviews and they were spot on. Showed up on time, the crew treated my things with respect, wrapped and covered. The crew was a bunch of nice guys, felt comfortable with them. They worked hard. When I tried to step in to help, the response was "no ma'am, we got this." The estimate was within $100 of actual. Moving out of province in 2 years and they will be the only call I make to schedule my move.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved 45 minutes away from our rental home to a house. We were referred to MM by the Realtor that sold us our new home. They were excellent in every way. Our move was a very good experience. We had a three-man crew move us. They were fast, polite, efficient and very professional. Our new home is 2 stories, so they had furniture to move upstairs. They did it with ease and no nicks on walls or furnishings . . . very pleased with that! Also pleased with the employee that estimated the cost and the time it would take for the move when I originally called. He was experienced and what he estimated was exactly what transpired. I am grateful for how well our move went and would recommend MM with confidence.
