T	Tom W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys were great. They arrived right when they were supposed to.We had 4 movers. Each were very nice and treated our belongings with care. All furniture was wrapped and protected. They use floor protection mats as well. They were very hard working and never really stopped till they were done. Would recommend them to anyone. Price was also cheaper than most, and I had quotes from about six different movers.

After a horrific experience with another company a couple of weeks ago who failed to wrap our glassware properly and then backed out the night before the move so that they wouldn't get a bad review online, I was wary about trusting another moving company. I had several phone conversations with Jammilah, who was very friendly and worked with me to arrange a complex move that involved an antique baby grand piano and had to be finished by 1 pm. She arranged for the movers to pick up the load on Friday night and deliver it on Saturday morning. Michael and his team of movers were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I have never seen furniture wrapped with such care, with every item (even small ones) wrapped in its own blanket. The piano was handled with particular care and expertise. THe movers were very pleasant to deal with and worked hard throughout without taking breaks. Altogether, this was an outstanding experience and my sincere thanks to Jamillah, Michael and the movers for making things work out so well.

My better half is a great pianist and we enjoy it very much. Over the last few years we have had to move it 4 times until it finally made its way home. We used Hercules the first time and subsequently every other time. Why? not the price (although extremely competitive), but because they respected the piano and took care of it each and every time. They genuinely cared about it, its safety, and its placement. Always professional and always careful. They treated our home as if it were theirs and to every precaution to do it right. I was very satisfied and grateful we chose the right company and the right teams. Thank you for treating us well and taking care of our piano.

Moving supplies were dropped off on time as arranged. On the day of the move, the movers arrived right on time. Everything was handled with care; wrapped, taped, blanketed, etc. The movers did not waste any time. Overall, a very good service at a competitive price.

The movers we had were all fantastic from beginning to end - professional, pleasant, and extremely hard working. The first part of the move took 11 hours and the movers worked tirelessly (and happily) during that entire stretch. They were extremely careful with all of our belongings and nothing got so much as a scratch from the move. I've hired many movers before - even large international moving companies - and none have come close to being so good. They were very important family heirlooms and very fragile. Having never had to arrange anything like this before, I had no leads as to who to trust with this task. I called Hercules moving, and Simon, the move coordinator, was amazing to work with and understood my concerns. It was scheduled promptly with no issues, and the men who transported the furniture from Ontario to here were just as amazing. Extremely professional, friendly and respectful of not only the furniture, but also our family's sentimental value of my grandmothers things. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a caring and professional team to trust with their move. I gave them five stars, but would have given many more if the option was available.
