β β β β β A pleasant Sushi experience. Service was fast and courteous. The sushi was rolled with attention to detail, nice and firm but not bursting. The seating area was clean and bright with big windows overlooking Carlton. Prices were fair and overall a good value.
My only complaint would be the TV with CP24 on.

β β β β β A mediocre sushi restaurant with premium pricing. We ordered the sushi boat which came to $40.99 for 27 pieces; 3 pieces each of salmon, tuna, octopus, butterfish, squid, surf clam, sweet shrimp, and 2 other fish. The quality of the fish was low and the cold and was not filling for 2 people; frankly for the price it was not worth it. They also served us rice with the boat but it wasn't even sushi rice. Moreover, the miso soup bowl they served is smelt of dish soap. However, the space was quite cute and comfortable and the service was decent. Overall, the quality and price of the food would not invite me back again.

β β β β β Their sushi rolls is where itβs at! The rolls are very reasonably priced and pretty tasty for what youβre paying. Roll 116 was good! We also tried their $15.99 special for the day which was their pork katsu and beef teriyaki with rice, it was alright, so stick to the sushi rolls!

β β β β β With over 25 specialty rolls this place captured my heart. Danny and his family have been in this space for over 20 years and there is great reasons why. Everyone is accommodating and so nice, they have kept the food up to date with purple rice sushi, keto sushi, ramen, both raw sushi and cooked bowls and so much more. There are always specials each and every day. I love the big flavours here and everything is so so fresh. Being right at Carlton/College and Yonge means they are so very accessible.
Oh and I tasted their sushi rice right after it was made and it had the perfect tang of vinegar and pearls of individual rice.

β β β β β Small cozy place that's a bit hidden off the street. Sushi is good and the staff is super polite and prompt. It's a wee bit dark on the inside. The decor is nice and they use the space effectively. They give you quite a bit of Wasabi which is nice. I'd come here again.

β β β β β Fresh sushi, fresh udon and the tempura was a nice light yellow (burnt/dark brown yellow indicate overused or old oil). I've seen some complaints about the oil before but if you look at my photos, at least during my visit the tempura was obviously cooked using fresh oil. Located by Yonge and College this is a great spot for people in the business sector, healthcare or university students to grab a casual lunch as they have alot of both hot and cold items depending on the weather!

β β β β β This is a restaurant where you can get your sushi cravings satisfied. They serve all sorts of yummy sushi rolls as well as Japanese appetizers and mains. The sushi rolls are huge and aren't very costly, making it an ideal spot for students in the area.

β β β β β I've noticed a pattern where these restaurants appear to focus more on sushi than ramen. I didn't have the Sushi, so I assume its good. However, the ramen broth had no flavor, the egg and meat were salty (but good) and the noodles appeared to be instant noodles.
The price was good, so for the cost, I guess it's a good trade off.
