Furnished apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, queen-size beds in the bedroom, sofa-bed, love-seat, TV, coffee-table and writing table in the living room, bathroom with tub and shower, individually controlled air-conditioning and heat and a private balcony with panoramic views of the city.

Building Manager Named Muhammad doing very good and solve any problem very closely.
easy to talk to him.
location great. Building clean, elevator very quick.

β β β β β Currently living in this building. I have to say it is a very convenient location since itβs near Ryerson, Uoft and George Brown college and major grocery stores like Loblaws and Metro. The subway station is also a 2 min walk away.
The building has pretty great amenities too, thereβs an indoor swimming pool, gym and a patio.
The management is very responsive. Sumiyyah has done a great job at renovating all the common areas.

β β β β β Building has awkward ownership where it connects to the holiday inn, who's staff have used the buildings facilities (ew btw. don't wash hotel sheets in the same space I am doing laundry - one building shared is enough thanks -- and also we can't supply the demand as is with all the broken washers & dryers) The hotel staff are rude to the tenants, often blocking passageways connected to the building for residents. Lots of noise !!! oh my lord. so much construction here. I won't even get into the pest control issues, but roaches are common, and pigeons are plentiful. For the price they ask, I would look elsewhere. This place is falling apart at the seams everywhere and no renovation will fix the underlying issues. Also, you'll be glad you paid for a gym / pool that haven't been operational in years. Also during covid - they sent out a letter saying they would evict people who can't afford rent - that kind of additude speaks louder than words.
Building would frequently post : don't let strangers into the building ads - all the while two escort services were operating out of this building.
