R	Ramy Abdallah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever and rude staff. I am trying to return the mini van at 12:30 pm and there is no one there to take and inspect the car. Tried calling them, there mail box is full and can't accept any messages. Don't ever rent from this branch.

I placed an online order for pick up of some moving boxes for the next day - Website says they have 163 in stock and they will be ready for pick up by 1pm. Next day I get to the location and can't get in - there is no phone number / hours of operation / information anywhere on google. I call the number listed on the door only to be told this location closes at 1pm. Confused as why a business closes at 1pm on a weekday - possibly the pandemic? Annoyed I say I will come back tomorrow. The next day I come back at 9:30 am and say that I have a pick up for a few boxes & moving supplies, to which i'm then told, they don't have stock and their shipments are delayed - I can be offered a refund .... ? Why let me buy this in the first place and take my payment? Why on the day of pick up when the person working there is preparing my order did he not call my number to say that these items aren't in stock and that there is an error on their website? Why did I need to make two trips to be told this? Horrible, horrible experience. Don't waste your time.
