I am thoroughly impressed. LOCATION ✔️ Less than three minute walk from one of Toronto’s largest dog parks so if you bring your dog to Allen Gardens you’re basically they’re. FACILITIES ✔️ Clean welcoming organized and indoor / outdoor spaces for dogs with an unpretentious / home-y feel. STAFF ✔️ The company phone number goes directly to the owner so everything is dealt with immediately and with proper authority. Alisha is not only quick to respond but also accommodating to special requests and was never in a hurry to get me out the door / off the phone. She answered all of my questions and provided additional insight. Mom is there as well and it’s not only friendly and hilarious but also super helpful. Support this small business. S	Sam Yoannou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog is literally horrified of everywhere I drop her off and I always feel guilty leaving her places - when I picked her up from her groom at Paws in the 6ix she DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE. Which is insane, I have a Shiba Inu she hates being groomed and she hates being in a space that isn't her own. Needless to say I will continue using them! The groom was great too, also the groomer asked me tons of questions beforehand and comprehensively broke down what she did after. Great service.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the quality of the grooming for my sheepdog poodle mix. I provided them a reference image from a previous groomer and they just didn’t deliver (see photo). Ears were choppy, snout cut too short (even though it wasn’t asked for) and body was equally as choppy. Knots were left, found knotted mud clumps under her armpits and behind her knees, and even a twig still tangled into her fur (she was at the beach earlier in the day). During a week where you just needed one thing to go well this was something I had hoped would be simple and bring some joy. Now have to I have pay another $120 to get her groomed again elsewhere before a family photo. Sorry we got angry at them for not delivering the quality we expected, but it was just so disappointing.

We send our dog twice a week and have tried out their grooming and can definitely recommend both of those services to anyone in the city! We love it here, thank you so much Alisha and Fazeeda :)
E	Elizabeth De la Torre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my Shihtzu to grooming service, my dog had tangled hair on her legs due to a walk on the beach the previous days, the rest of her hair was in good condition, show a photo of how I would like it to be the grooming and how she got previous grooming in other places, they immediately told me that it would not be possible (that should have told me something ?), that they would try to rescue as much hair as possible, of course I understood about the messy hair in the legs and unfortunately I agreed that they will perform the grooming, (so I know it's totally my fault), and it is not that they have done wrong, they are kind people and I know they tried their best, however these are the results, consider this could happen if you are going to take your puppies to grooming, I try to take everything with a sense of humor and well I love my dog but she looks horrible ? there was no need to literally shave her head or her entire body ?

This daughter and mom team is so nice, and they take such good care of our dogs. They send updates throughout the day, and respond to inquiries really quickly. M	Mary Donison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT USE THEIR DAYCARE. They have a nursing dog in the back that bit my dog 3 times and broke the skin each time. My dog "slipped through their legs" when they opened the door and the nursing mother responded by biting her in the leg and chest. They did not contact myself, my partner or our vet when the bites took place. My assumption is that they don't want to report their own dog for biting and breaking the skin. They waited until my partner arrived to pick her up at the usual time and said "We put Polysporin on it". They refused to cover any vet bills because it was deemed BY THEM to be a minor accident. Rude and defensive over emails..and I expect here too based on their other responses to criticism. Edit : Emails attached, be your own judge on if this business is who you want taking care of your pets. I think I was pretty civil all things considered. Popcorn cannot put any pressure on her leg and is very swollen.
