Vince who works in the paint section has the most amazing customer service attitude. He was courteous, helpful, patient and fun to be around. He helped us to understand the differences about the paint we were buying and what was best for each room. Keep up the good work and great service Vince. If you are looking to buy paint and need some help go see Vince at Imperial Hardware.

D	Droid Snarf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had less than a great experience shopping here. Staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I get what I came for, even the hard-to-find items that I cant get elsewhere. This has been the go to hardware store for our family for many years.

They have always had a lot of items so sometimes it's a bit cluttered - it's likely hard to balance having everything with a finite amount of space. This has gotten worse because during the time they were closed to in-person shopping they continued to get their regular shipments; the closures were too sudden to change their deliveries. I was just there on Friday (March 11) and the place was better but still needs some work. I like that their inventory is fairly logically laid out. Maybe it's because I've been there so many times that I know where everything is now. I have always found the staff helpful, accommodating and pleasant. In the summer I was having trouble with my propane gas burner for tomatoes. Anyway, I thought maybe a hose needed to be replaced. I brought it in and one of the guys there tightened the hose and it was fixed! I have never had a problem with anything I have returned to the store. I did always have my receipt but some places hassle you regardless. One time I went with my friend who wanted to get her mom a nice snow shovel but the good ones are always a bit pricey and her mom didn't want her spending too much. Anyway, one of the employees made up a fake price tag for her. I like this place. The selection is good and the employees have always been considerate as well. During the pandemic I sent them a list and they collected the items and had them ready for pick up in less than 2 hours. I think this place is very good.
