★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I changed synthetic oil in Dec. Oil light started coming on and off around end the month of Feb. while driving. Not even 2 full months after changing oil and I didn't do lot of driving, no leaking. So I called Midas to find out what they can about it, I was told to bring back the car to change oil again, that's paying another $86.00, then they will check what is the problem. I know for sure whoever worked on the car didn't put enough oil. So I decided to bring my car somewhere else to change oi. The light was gone after oil was changed at the different location. I called back Midas to let them the light oil was changed at the different location. They didn't care at all. I will never bring my cars there. Bad customer service.

They listened to my concerns and then investigated. Communication has been great each step of the way. Will return again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mum and I had a car emergency on the Allen and called this location, as it was the closest to us at the time. The office was closing in 15 minutes, but they encouraged us to bring the car in immediately to make sure that we were safe to drive. The team, led by Marwan, was thorough, kind, professional and good at explaining what was going on. They stayed half an hour later than their normal hours to help. The car wasn’t safe to drive on the highway - we were so glad that they were able to accommodate us on such short notice. I was blown away by this service and highly recommend this team!
