Everyone has a smile and a joke to really brighten up your day. I go in completely clueless and they take a genuine interest in solving my problem and not trying to just sell me something! I now keep finding excuses to go to Wieners. I wish they'd become a grocery and super store! I'd do all my shopping there!

They manage the traffic in store really well and ensure they can help each individual customer personally. I've gone twice now to get a heater and some fuses and I barely did anything other than ask for what I needed. They brought me what I was looking for, answered my questions and I was already in line. Despite it being fairly busy (considering it's right on Bloor) the wait and service is so good you don't feel the rush. Everyone is super nice and it's so easy to get in and out with what you need. That makes it my go-to Hardware store
