β β β β β Great family-owned business! I inquired about ordering flowers I saw on their IG page Tuesdayβs night at 10pm (didnβt think I get a response until the next bus day). The owner responded within 10 minutes that they could recreate the flowers and get it delivery. I didnβt want to bother her and said I would call the store the next day when they opened in the morning to provide the delivery address and payment. She gave me a personal cell as the account was managed by her son and she wouldn't be in the store the next day (how cute!). I spoke with her son the next morning on the phone to arrange for delivery on Friday (very smooth transition). However, during the day β I realized that the recipient of the flowers was not going to be home on the scheduled delivery day. I reached out to them (at 2pm) and asked if they could delivery it soonerβ¦β¦they had the flowers delivered that day in the evening!! They are truly amazing and thank you for being so accommodating on such short notice!! The recipient sent me a photo of the flowers received and it was better than I had imagined. Thank you Eden Flowers TO and will definitely be ordering from you again!

β β β β β I love this florist run by a friendly Chinese couple. I usually see the wife and she is always nice to me; she remembers my face and welcomes me with a sweet smile and then she makes a small (could be big) talk. The husband may not look super friendly at a glance, but he is also nice and attentive.
I can imagine someone can interpret the way she talks sounds brusque on the phone, but I know she doesnβt intend to be. It's just mostly because of her accent. Itβs like ordering takeout from Chinese restaurants. Once you see them, youβll know they are pleased to talk with you.
Most of the time, I get flowers that they have at the store front. They have good prices and are pretty. They also have more pretty flowers inside though.
They also work hard. The wife told me that she sometimes keeps the store open till 10 pm or even midnight when she makes a bunch of flower arrangements for big orders like weddings and parties.
The flowers on the picture I posted is $9.99+tax. They are so nice to look at. Sometimes itβs not expensive to buy small happiness :)

β β β β β Thank you so much for the assistance you gave me to send flowers to a friend that had just lost her husband of 60 years. I am up in the Ottawa Valley and found you online. I wanted to use a family run business so I called you. The service I received was the best I have ever had. I left it up to you to create a spring arrangement for the price range I had in mind. You went over and above my expectations. My friend was overwhelmed with the flowers she received. They made her day and I am sure she is still enjoying them. She sent me pictures and yes they are beautiful. I canβt thank you enough. It made her day and mine!

β β β β β I have never bought or received plants or flowers from this place that didn't have a disease or was infested with insects -- poor attitude with sick plants makes me wonder why they are still in business!
I received a poinsettia as a present from this place and see that in February, it has "bract edge burn" . I guess they don't expect people to keep seasonal plants or live flowers for very long so they've been getting away with it.
I also received tulips a few days ago for Valentine's Day and half of them were dead after I took the wrapping off.
Why are they still in business!
