Superb service experience. Jump+ did a wonderful job assessing and repairing my MacBook Pro. I have worked with them in the past as the vendor or record for our institution, however I am pleased to say that their service skills and conduct are a fine match for their excellent sales service.

Absolutely the worst service Iโ€™ve ever received. I went in and told the employee that I was having trouble turning on my computer. They indicated that I would need to pay $150 up front for an expedited diagnostic test for my laptop. They said that, best case scenario, it would be $700 to fix whatever problem I might encounter. This alone wouldnโ€™t have been bad, but the employee would not give me time to consider my options and instead aggressively insisted that I pay for the diagnostic test. I am horrified that they would try to take advantage of my situation. Exasperated, I told them I would just order a new laptop online. I was horrified to find out that, not only were these tests FREE at the Apple store, there was nothing wrong with my laptop, it was my charging cable that needed to be replaced. I am shocked at the incompetence and attempt to take advantage of customersโ€™ bad circumstances. Would not recommend to anyone.

My overall experience to visit Jump plus is negative. I was booked an appointment through Apple officially website. So I thought it would be professional to send my phone to your place to repair. My appointment is 10 oโ€™clock then i arrive on time. But i arrive and wait for another 15mins for someone check in. Then I was told my phone need to be leaved for 3 hours just for analyzing. So whatโ€™s the meaning for an appointment? My iPhone had sand go into open button. Then I was told need to replace whole rear unit for 495cad because the button has physical damage. I refused. Then I go to apple official store to ask the technician. They simply clean up my button. Now its work like usual for free. Your analysis seems exaggerated and I will not come again.

Outstanding service and unbelievable turnaround time. By the time I finished my bagel from Timmie's, I got a call saying the service was complete. It was supposed to take 2 hours and took less than 30 minutes. If I need an Apple device repaired, I will go back for sure. Highly recommended.

I have been here 4 times for repairs, and every time it needs to be shipped out, for a minimum of 5 business days aka 1 actual week. However it's usually much longer, in one case a month and a half Andi needed to constantly email to receive updates. I have never had an issue at an actual Apple Store getting same day repairs, usually for more complicated breaks. The people are nice, but that's not enough when everything takes so long. Go the extra distance for an apple store or just ship it out yourself, at least Apple updates you.

Amazing service and friendly staff. My iPhone 12 dropped dead for no reason so booked an appointment through Apple. They went above and beyond to help me diagnose and get Apple warranty to cover for the hardware replacement (no water or physical damage). I got my phone back within 2 days! Also shout out to Karan for being so helpful. Definitely recommend.

My wonderful experience started when I heard how the customers were being treated from the moment i walked in. My sales associate Rolisha at the college location was informative, knowledgeable and patient with me. She was able to answer all of my questions which led me to buy my Mac. Great experience and I highly recommend. I wish I would have known there was a student discount as I'm currently back in school. Otherwise it was great!

Great experience at Jump+Apple. Got an appt within 24 hours and Faisal had my phone cleaned and a new battery added in record time! It was $10 cheaper than the Apple store although I didnโ€™t know this when I booked. It feels like a nice personalized family type business. I would definitely recommend to others
