β β β β β Good: vast inventory, nicely renovated. Bad: disappointing service every time, high prices. Tried to get a quote a while ago and didn't hear back for 3 days. Asked to demo speakers with a particular reciever and was told it's not possible even with an appointment. Bought music streamer and was reassured by staff after checking that optical cable is already included ; came home and no cable so now have to order and wait to receive while 14-days return policy keeps running. My advice: buy from smaller competitors or trust your own research and buy direct
Update: upgrading stars, got a call from staff and resolved. Good that they stand behind their business/product

β β β β β Aside from an amazing selection of product the real reason to shop here is the staff and experience. The people know what they're talking about and you can actually get demos of products you're looking to buy. Also you know that feeling when you buy something from Best Buy or Amazon and there's something wrong with it and the warranty nightmare kicks in? Bay Bloor's staff are the best in helping you trouble shoot or even deal with a return or exchange. That security is worth so much. If there is an issue they will figure it out and get you a solution. Good peeps.

β β β β β Very helpful sales team that helped me choose exactly what I wanted and literally the most pleasant, helpful installation service I have had for a long time. I thought I'd be left with a TV on the wall but having to figure out settings, load apps, all that stuff myself. Not tasks I enjoy! The installation team was great -- set everything up perfectly. The hardest work I had to do was press the "on" button. Will definitely shop here again,

β β β β β It's difficult to express how wonderful my experience here was, but I'll try. First: I'm new (not totally green, but new) to the audiophile world, and I fully expected to be treated dismissively and have to "prove" myself. Instead, I had probably one of the best reps ever (if you're going in for headphones, pray that Addison is working!), who intuitively understood what I was looking for, as well as the importance of the heart in this whole sound thing. No pretentiousness, no condescension, just a very kind & extremely knowledgeable human with a real delight in the joy of music and sound. It was the perfect way to kick off what I know is going to be a lifelong exploration.
The store itself is beautiful (worth visiting just for the aesthetic tbh), the stock is fantastic, and y'all made a lifelong customer with the impeccable service. Can't wait to go back and continue playing with sound.

β β β β β Visited today 05-Dec-21 with my 13 year old son who is an audio nerd. He wanted to listen to several high end headphones to enjoy the sound and understand the difference between various models and make plans on which model to buy. My son had a great experience. Sam who was in charge of the headphones department was very helpful, pleasant, patient and answered my son's questions. We were very impressed. When we are ready we will go and buy headphones from Sam. The entire experience was very pleasant. I noticed a few sales people in the store who were calm, courteous and helpful with customers. It is great to know that such great stores still exist and they employ people like Sam!

β β β β β I absolutely love BayBloorRadio. I purchased my entire turntable setup here many years ago (around 10 years ago), project debut deck, amp, and speakers and the store was incredible. Wonderful service, expert knowledge and you can tell each employee is passionate about the art of sound. As well, they listened to what i was interested in and did not try to upsell me. The team is well knowledgeable, passionate, patient and there to help. They welcome you to test products as much as you like and for as long as needed. And even suggest that you come back another day if you need more time. I have dealt with Addison when I went there on both occasions and it instantly felt like two pals talking about their music passion. His recommendations were always spot on.
