Why can't you just tell people the truth? Why don't you tell people your boyfriend tried to snatch our screen and go? We did call the police to settle down the problem, but unfortunately they didn't come at the right time. Police came after the problem have been settled. To be honest, everybody knows cellphone screen repaired is only covering with the unbroken screen and the valid receipt! First, your screen is totally broken, second, you didn't show us the receipt. Third, you lied to us to replace another new screen with the lower price, but you didn't willing to pay. What you did is snatched our new screen and go! Is that really our fault to make your screen broken? Do you really think you were doing the right action to snatch our screen? If I were you, I will not tell other people is that really happened, because it was the shameful thing in my life.?

β β β β β Mike is a one of a kind guy who knows his stuff and won't waste your time. His store is chalked with goodies for your phone so had while you wait for your phone to get repaired, you can browse around and make a couple impulse purchases. You won't have to wait too long though. Their team is quick! Stop looking for a reliable cell phone repair and sales store in Toronto. This is the only place to go!

β β β β β Worst phone repair shop ever. They are just scamming people for their money. I got my phone screen fixed for $80 and then had to come back because they screwed up the internals of my phone. Less than 2 weeks later my phone dropped on its back from a short hight and my screen popped out and somehow shattered. I came back in because they told me 1 month warrenty to fix my phone if it breaks or anything. They refused to fix my phone so I was going to pay another $60 for them to fix it, when they gave it back my Touch ID was broken and they accused me of lying to them and saying that it was already broken. I threatened to call the cops and they called in a technician and had them fix it for me. They are using faulty screens and parts. Please don't go here to fix your phone or buy used phones. They are cheaper than other places but you will regret it. Go to six tech instead, they have reasonable prices but they are professionals!

β β β β β Have had my phone repaired many times over the past 3 years here. Will not be returning again as the last time they repaired my phone they left a portion open to water damage and refused to compensate me for any of this loss.
Additionally, they grossly overcharge for phone repairs, which I did not find out until my last visit there when I started shopping around at other stores.

β β β β β This place has a huge selection of good quality phone cases for all phone types that donβt break the bank. While stopping in I got a phone case and pop socket for $20. My favourite feature of this place is their phone screen protectors. THESE ARE A MUST. Get the thickest one. You wonβt regret it. Theyβre like $20 and they put it on your phone seamlessly. I was on a plane and my phone somehow got in the aisle and ferociously stepped on. The glass cracked and I was mortified. Turned out the shield only cracked and I peeled it off to a perfect condition screen. You bet I went right back for a new one. What a life saver.

I initially went in to the shop to buy a phone case. And I asked the lady to change my screen protector because the other shop did it so badly to my phone. She said she could try to fix it without me purchasing a new one and she actually did it so smoothly with no charge.
It might not always be the case because there were no other customers at that time, but it was so kind of her. The case and stand that I got from the shop are very functional so far as well : ) Iβll go back get my other phone fixed near future!

β β β β β Bought a screen protector for my phone two weeks ago. The screen protector got a clean cut in it from my finger nail I'm guessing (it was done going into my empty back pocket).
No signs of resistance on the protector, no damage done to my phone screen. Went in with the receipt to have it replaced or refunded and was told there was nothing they could do to help me.
Certainly not returning and advising friends to take business elsewhere.
