One of the best places for service in any industry, period. quick service, straight forward pricing and a month warranty on their work. The charging port in my iphone needed to be replaced and they were able to do it in 20-25min with no appointment. Apple said it was going to charge $200 for the same service and with these guys, $50. highly recommend

They've not only fixed my iPhone 8 Screen, they also told me that, the battery of my phone is weak and it needs a replacement, and they explained why I was charging my phone more then 3 times a day lol. After all I am happy with the service and the quality, quick repair, and battery life back to 100%. Thank you, I will definitely go again

Their screen protector for iPhone 11 ( took $30 from me) is weird. I got it done it came with a scratch I had to go back to the store right away and I told them that I just got it done like 5 minutes ago and there’s a scratch, they tried to tell me it’s my nails that left a scratch on the screen protector which is not possible And they also tried to tell me that it’s my actual screen underneath and not the protecter which is not it I checked. After they saw that I was not getting convinced by what they were telling me they offered to give me a new one but l now I’m trying to type n I’m struggling ..

Update: The same problem occurred again for the third time. So clearly they didn't properly fix it. Old review: We got our iPhone 7 fixed since the audio during phone calls stopped working (FaceTime also stopped working). They charged us about $70 to get it fixed about two weeks ago. When we picked it up in an hour later, the phone was working fine. We didn't have any issue until a few days ago where the same issue happened. Since they don't give a receipt (ALWAYS ASK FOR AN ACTUAL, ITEMIZED RECEIPT!!), we panicked whether they would honor their promise that we could come back in case the same issue happens. So, we went back yesterday and they fixed it again pretty quickly. For the price of $70 and with the assumption that the iPhone doesn't break again, it was a good experience. If the iPhone breaks again, I'll add an update. If not, then assume that the issue has been resolved. NOTE: AS STATED ABOVE, ALWAYS ASK FOR AN ITEMIZED RECEIPT. THEY DO NOT GIVE ANY RECEIPTS HERE, SO MAKE SURE YOU EXPLICITLY ASK FOR IT SINCE THEY ARE LEGALLY OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE IT. ALSO, ASK FOR A WRITTEN STATEMENT THAT YOU CAN COME BACK FOR A REPAIR IN CASE THE SAME ISSUE OCCURS AGAIN. THIS WILL SAVE YOU SOME HEADACHE LATER.

This is the worst phone repair shop, as they do not even have warranties on their repairs. As they charged me $75.00 to get my phone fixed and a month later a chip appeared on the side of the screen, without me even dropping it, then the crack spread. Now, this should just be a crack in the screen without any further issues, but then I could not see the image at all as the screen went black. I tried to get it repaired there again and he told me it would be $80.00 this time around. Just a complete rip off.

Made faulty repairs to my phone screen and battery that I had to come back for twice. First screen glitched and first battery wouldn’t charge. They eventually put in a working screen, but badly. It started coming out of the frame two weeks later and a gentle drop from a bed really made it pop out, with parts of the microphone slot coming loose and sticking out of the edge. $180 for that screen repair that I had to go get another repair for elsewhere.

I absolutely love these guys! Cash only is a bit of a pain but it's worth it! These guys are tech savvy; They KNOW THEIR STUFF! They are so patient and courteous, kind and SMART. If you need ANY phone or computer issue solved...this is your 'go to'.

I came to the shop yesterday afternoon to purchase an iPhone 8 charger, and there were two guys without masks on. Feeling very uncomfortable, I called the shop today, and spoke to an employee. First of all let me start off by saying he was unprofessional by not even saying the company name. I didn't know if I was calling the right place. Now to address the problem. I spoke a staff member at Tech Zone, and his response was. "I wasn't working yesterday, what do you want me to do." First of all, how very rude! Secondly, why were there two people allowed in the shop without masks on. He had no compassion, and he expressed no apology to me whatsoever. I am avoiding this place altogether! I found a tech shop closer to home, so I hope to have a better experience there.
