β β β β β There is a couple reasons why I am only giving one star.
-the 15 minute herbal soak only lasted 5 minutes. The water was quite hot, I was fine with it but others may not be.
-the environment is loud. I read reviews before I came, so I brought headphones. I recommend you do the same if you choose to come here.
-during the massage the lady started texting on her phone and was using one hand to massage.
-halfway through a new lady came in to massage... weird lol?
-the 45 minute foot massage ended early so I said something to her and she seemed a bit annoyed.
-the overall massage was ok I didnβt feel as though she hit major pressure points in my foot such as the ball of my foot. The second lady was better so thatβs good haha.

β β β β β My favourite place to get a foot massage! Note: this place is absolutely no-frills; don't expect a spa experience. I get a foot massage here pretty frequently and it is really good and really cheap. I also got a full body massage here once and the guy that did it completely massaged out all of the kinks in my upper back/neck. Highly recommended.

β β β β β I got hit by a car and was soooooooooo tense. Karen did such an incredible job relieving my pain and accommodating my injuries/bandages. She also accommodated my inability to use their normal massage bed due to positioning! Great. Coming back soon!

β β β β β The actual foot massage/ reflexology is really good here. And the seating arrangements/ rooms are good. It is definitely not a zen zone though. Employees speaking loudly, taking calls during a massage session, kids playing games with volume on. You get what you pay for I guess with the low low prices. Pro tip: bring headphones and nice music to listen to and everything will be 100%

β β β β β They were able to fit in 5 of us for a walk-in and we did not have to wait that long at all! Everyone was very friendly and the massages were nice and thorough and affordable! Will definitely come back and recommend to friends! I also appreciated the little candies :3
