I hadn’t got a cut for the last year and Mark was very knowledgeable about all things hair care. It was a great experience, my hair looks amazing and I can’t wait to return. I can’t recommend this beautiful quant salon in the heart of the King West area more! Excited to try their other services as well!!! Thanks Ritual :)

I had been looking for a stylist who not only cut hair well but who could also help me with hair care. I gave Mark a try and that immediately put an end to my search! Mark is an extremely talented hair stylist who takes the time to listen to your requests and concerns about your hair. I recently booked a hair cut for my daughter, who went from long curly hair to an above the shoulder trendy cut, and she too was thrilled with the final result! To this day she raves about how well Mark cut her hair. I don’t think she’s ever been happier leaving a salon! Whether your hair is short, long, straight, or curly, Mark knows what to do! Thank you, Mark! We will both see you again soon!!

I treated myself to a facial (my first one ever) and the experience was incredible. Jun was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to use on my acne prone skin. She made me feel comfortable, relaxed and helped me learn better processes to take care of my skin. I left with a few free samples and purchased a product she used during my facial. I know facials are a once a month kind of treat but if I could come back every week to see Jun I would. I will be booking an appointment next month. I am now Jun's life long client ?

I wandered in to check it out and the woman at the front desk was so friendly and relaxed. She offered me a glass of water as I looked around. They have a great shop! So I booked a facial (Emily) and it was 11/10. Very good vibes here and they have great coffee while you wait :-) returning to get my hair done next month and very excited <3

I have brought in reference photos and he’s nailed the look and I’ve also gone in just wanting an updated cut/colour and saying just go for it, I trust you and he’s nailed that too. I always leave feeling like I look great. I particularly appreciate that his cuts and colours grow out in a nice natural way. He doesn’t push salon products like other stylists I’ve seen but he’s always happy to make suggestions if I’m looking for something and they’ve all been fantastic.

I’ve gone from the most high maintenance hair to no maintenance silky smoothness (even in humidity!) and always receive compliments. So glad I discovered this place, all the staff are amazing and very accommodating. It’s always a pleasure to sit in Francine’s chair :)
