I celebrated my birthday here with friends and family. It was the perfect ambience for us, drinks and food were great, I highly recommend the chili crab rolls!! The staff had great recommendations and made the evening an eventful one. Thank you! I will surely be back.

The luxe atmosphere of the 1 hotel alone makes this worth it, but the food itself was so good and same with the drinks. On the pricey side but that's expected. Service was great and staff was very friendly and helpful. Worth it for a special occassion.

I have never came and left a restaurant so quickly before. I planned a night out for my boyfriend, sister, brother in law and I, as I have been anticipating trying this spot. I wanted to make this review so that others looking to celebrate a birthday or special night can avoid this place and save their money. I booked an indoor table well in advance and when I arrived, we were seated at the closed patio which was freezing. We all kept our winter jackets on. The blinds leading to outside lifted up over 3x during our time there, causing gusts of wind - people's birthday candles were blowing out and belongings were falling on the floor. Our server was lovely, but the hostess was very rude and unhelpful during this time. When I asked to move tables she said we can stand at a table near the entrance and didn't offer much sympathy, acted like we were a bother.. Not the kind of treatment you expect at a place deemed as luxe and high end. On top of all that, the food was below average. The lobster tacos were bland, the sushi rolls were decent if that. I quickly grabbed the bill and paid it for my table, as I felt guilty for bringing my party to this spot. We even left our cocktails half full as we just wanted to get out of there. The spot is beautiful as is the view, and the music is pretty good too. However, There are many places in the city that will give you the treatment and service you expect with this sort of location and price point, and Harriet's is surely not it.

After seeing all of the other reviews I can relate somewhat. Came here for Sunday brunch, they sat us at this corner table near the front and I could barely even seat myself it was so tight. The table was also very wobbly. Our server offered to fix it with a wedge and then forgot. It was pretty empty and so we asked for a better seat and got one. Would be nice if they were more considerate to offer us another table instead of us having to ask. We had the sushi, it was great, it was fresh. We also had the wagyu tacos. They were tiny tacos and alittle salty but had a good crunch and some nice sauce. We got the buttermilk fried chicken as well, small portion, wasn't bad but over price. Drinks were solid. Overall the view was great, the drinks were nice, food was okay but overpriced. Better service and experience would make this at least a 4 star.

Beautiful rooftop and amazing cocktails but food was OK. As a Japanese, I would not say they are serving β€œJapanese food”. Yellowtail rolls was pretty delicious tho!

It is easy to reserve a table and the restaurant is well located with a beautiful view. The atmosphere changes depending on the time you go to the restaurant (more festive in the evening). The meals are good and so are the cocktails.

I went here for brunch on Sunday. The lobby to the hotel is beautiful and has an amazing wood smell that I loved. When you get to the rooftop there's nothing really special about it. The atmosphere is ok, but there's not really a great view from the seats. Maybe it looks better at night. The food is where most of the stars come off. I had the eggs Benedict and it was average taste with fancy pricing. Definitely not worth the cost. Maybe it's a good place for drinks at night, bit I Definitely won't be eating there again.

I visited the rooftop on Sunday for brunch. Tony & the whole team were wonderful. The mimosa’s were perfect, the chilli crab roll is their signature roll and it was delicious! The brunch menu is done well, there’s something for everyone. The Benny eggs were done really well, served with potatoes and a few cherry tomatoes. The ambience is great and it was a nice experience overall.
