★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the same pedicure as my friends but didn’t get the same “type of service” no foot massage, no scrub, no lotion, just the most basic removal of polish, file, and paint. My friends got these other services, just not me so probably depends on who the technician is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Ten Spot is always spot on, and this location is no exception. Have been a couple of times now and everyone is fabulous! So nice to be able to book and not even to have to worry about who the service is with because I've never been disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eyebrow threading was great. Waxing is already over priced for certain treatments, and they didn't adjust for the fact that I barely have any hair. Originally booked the "Bum Cheeky" which has no description online, I assumed it was just the bum crack. It was actually bum cheeks and crack (for $18). Told them I only wanted inside cheeks done. They asked if I wanted to do the few stray hairs on my bikini line (barely any there as I've done laser). They charged me $38 even though it was less surface area and time than it would have taken to do the bum cheeks and crack. No offer to reduce price even though there were about 10 hairs on my bikini line. Won't be coming here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For my first experience at The Ten Spot, I booked a Mani Pedi only to be told (after I arrived) that the technicians did not know how to do a French manicure and that needs to have been booked in advance. On what planet does a nail technician not know how to do French and if we needed to book this in advance, the person taking the booking should tell you that. Then we got our nails done which appeared to be well done and not a day later the shellac began chipping and peeling off. All for a nice price of $125. Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always such an amazing experience here, I’ve gotten their pedicures, manicures, eyebrow wax and now today a lash lift+tint and I’ve only had good experiences! The estheticians really make you feel comfy and are very knowledgeable. I can’t wait to try their facial services soon! With so many options in TO, it’s nice to have a go-to spot <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, so let me say my issue is not with this location specifically, but with their booking system AND regular polish (if you know, you know). The atmosphere was very welcoming, but I did feel out of place after I was checked in. However, I will chalk that up to them having a trainee on the floor at the time. I came in to do threading and get a manicure. Both service providers were dope and provided excellent service. My eyebrows look amazing and my nails were done really well as well EXCEPT THAT REGULAR POLISH IS A SCAM! My mani ending up smudging within 30 minutes of leaving the salon... kinda wished I had gotten gel, but alas that was MY CHOICE and is no fault of the salon. I think I'll use them for my threading (which I forgot was so painful ouch) and I'll try the gel manicure next time as opposed to the regular polish. Overall, a good experience and I will be back again. Oh, almost forgot. The booking system is absolutely trash. I had to go through the forgotten password sequence three times over the span of two days before it worked. It seems like there are two systems, one for the franchise and then one for the individual spa (franchisee), which can be frustrating to use. I eventually was able to book my session the morning of my appointment but that frustration docked a star off.
