c	christy shen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chemical peels hurt my skin and leads to many acnes and redness. They said it is the normal reaction but one of their stuff told me to see doctor. My skin turned out to be worse after I try their service for several times. It's totally worthless.

Total with tip came to over $130; for that price I could have had the same treatment and more at another spa with better results. Not worth the convenience of location. They also try to up-sell a lot of additional products for home use. If I could do the same thing at home why would I pay astromically for the same results? My advice, go elsewhere!!

The girl who did my facial did not have a good attitude and didn’t give me any aftercare information other than to buy her products. I hadn’t had a facial in a while and exfoliated my face after, which burned my skin. Why was I not warned about this?! The facial itself was OK, but a little frustrating that if you purchase add-ons you reduce your Microdermabrasion time (the girl didn’t want to tell me that your time was reduced but I pressed her and she finally told me). Overall I will stick with Hammam spa, much better facial and you get used of the steam room.

I understand that the idea of the facial bar is to provide the service in a timely manner and focus on skin treatment. With that said I actually still found the atmosphere quite lovely, relaxing, and the staff was wonderful too. However I was disappointed by the treatment I received for the steep price that had to be paid. I felt my esthetician was good but the actually services included in the prices are so minimal for the price you pay. It felt like I paid to have my face washed and moisturized by someone else, (nothing that I couldn't do at home). Other places I have gone to include much much more for the same price. Overall I would spend my money elsewhere where more is included in a facial package for the same price.

R	Remsha Burhan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got the works done. That’s literally what the facial was called. The facial itself was OKAY. Nothing to rave about, in fact a little expensive and lacklustre. Tax, tip, and the facial cost me about $151. I found the results to be a little disappointing but of course I haven’t consistently gotten it so I won’t be able to see any results. The front desk and the staff was nice and they wore all protective equipment.
M	Mecia Francois on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was super excited to get the works done and being a medical esthetician myself I thought I would receive an amazing service, something similar to what I would provide to my clients but after today’s appointment I don’t think I’ll be returning. The esthetician I had was super nice and I feel bad but I’d rather give constructive feedback and for the price it was definitely not worth it. Almost $200 and I could’ve done everything myself. The extractions we’re done with her fingernails, no tools. The microdermabrasion was done with only one pass, usually it’s done 2-3 times with different settings and the esthetician I had her touch was too light it felt like I was being tickled. Moral of the story is it felt like I was back in school training and this is definitely not what I expected especially for the price. It’s a shame because I’ve heard such great things from other people but I’m actually really disappointed in the quality of service. I don’t mind paying too dollar for services like these but I’d definitely want it to be worth my $$$. Coming from someone who does this for a living and offer similar prices, this was VERY disappointing.
D	Desiree Kotnala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Blitz Facial Bar by Trinity Bellwoods for over 7 years now. The qaulity of products and services always reflects value and consistency. There is low turnover of staff which means the facilist I work with always knows how to adjust services depending on what I need. There has been an expansion in offerings over the years but I love the peels in particular the pumpkin. Ance is the best and she always deliveres an amazng facial massage to relieve puffiness and achieves true relaxation. I highly recommend this location for treaments to maintain healthy skin throughout the year.
