When only accepting 3 customers at a time, it doesn’t make sense to allow people to stay that long. You end up waiting over an hour with 4 people ahead of you in line just because some take too long to decide...!
1	13S38 LEE YOU JING on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing store with amazing, classic and minimalist pieces. Would love to own everything in the store if my wallet allowed for it. The staff were friendly and helpful, and made sure that I was well taken care of in the changing room. However, the changing rooms did not have mirrors in them, which made it inconvenient as I had to walk out to check the outfit every single time.
L	Lina T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received a back up bag as a gift from my mom as I already owned 3 others (no issues) in different colours. 2.5 months into using this newer one, the stitching from the shoulder strap started unraveling. Upon speaking to the store manager, I was pushed to speak to their head office team who then put it back in the store manager. After a day of no response, I called the head office to follow up only to receive and email denying any support for a defective item. If you buy anything, make sure you have a profile saved or keep your receipt because this company doesn't live up to it's quality anymore. I am having to stitch the strap back on myself.

Jess was the associate helping me and she was very professional, friendly, and patient. She really made my experience at Oak+Fort! The store itself was clean and neat. Love the brand and I consistently have great customer service experiences at all your locations. Highly recommend to anyone looking for well priced stylish modern fashion. The only thing I would suggest to improve the experience Oak+Fort would be to offer a price match after 1 week/1 month. I often find that an item is put on sale after purchasing it at full price and it is a very discouraging experience and often makes me hesitate to purchase.
