★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been consigning my Chanel bag with Shopfy for over 5 years. I have found that this is the best store to consign your Chanel, they can sell your Chanel in a week on average. The staff there Jen Kat and Maria are so helpful and friendly.:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: they did step up to fix the situation .. however, I love the shoes so much I just ended up keeping it and surprisingly the size issue doesn’t seem to be noticeable to some.. finally 1 yr postpartum. I wanted to make this edit because I get notified of thumbs up to the review and I didn’t find my review as relevant in this situation anymore. I still browse their website from time to time so I’ve removed my old review and I’ll trust their authenticity.

I’ve both consigned and purchased over the years, scored some of my favourite luxury finds and it has always been a pleasant experience. Great service, polite, knowledgeable staff, always a unique selection and reasonable prices! And if you want to actually sell your stuff and sell it quick, bring it here. Even during this covid-19 pandemic they managed to maintain exceptional service and i have also found some really great deals shopping online. Kudos Fashionably Yours! I’m a fan

If she had comments to make about the clothes and shoes i brought in for evaulstion.. she should have made those comments with dignity and PRIVATELY!!!! THE PEOPLE IN THE STORE WERE LOOKING AT ME AND I KNOW FELT BAD FOR ME! THIS WAS THE MOST HUMILIATING EXPERIENCE IVE HAD AT A CONSiGNMENT STORE EVER!!! IM.SOO MAD!. GO TO THE COMEBACK IN ETOBICOKE..VERY THOUGHTFUL IN THEIR FEEDBACK AND DECISISION-MAKING VERSUS THIS LADY I HAD TO DEAL WITH AT THIS STORE. STAY AWAY. I DONT EVEN RATE IT A ONE STAR. BTW - IVE ALREADY MAFE 476.89 WITH MY CLOTHES. THIS STORE'S LOSS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service and generally unorganized. I don’t understand how this “business” is still open. I contacted them to sell my purse. Completed their online form and heard nothing for weeks. Made several attempts to contact them and was told each time that someone would get back to me by end of day. I even contacted the owner (Janet) to let her know but she never replied. Over a month later and no one has followed up. I’m gonna take this as a sign that I dodged a bullet because this lack of responsiveness and I organization seems to be the standard with them judging by the other low reviews. They need some serious customer service training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: I finally managed to get through to someone over the phone and I have since received a cheque. The woman on the phone seemed genuinely sorry for difficulty I've had with them.
I have given two boxes worth of clothing over the past several months and despite attempting to contact them over email and phone, I have never heard back or received any money for my items that have sold. After going into the store, I was told I would receive a check in the mail by the end of the month and now a couple more months have past and nothing. They are still not getting back to me via phone or email. Poor experience consigning.

If you’re looking for something in particular make sure to add to their wishlist or add their Instagram account to get their newest products. I will definitely come back again!
