Keira (sp)? is incredibly helpful. She went beyond to help out. Thank you so much.

All the associates are extremely kind and helpful here! Especially during the lockdown! I was able to successfully put in an order over the phone without any hiccup. I am so excited to receive my Anthropologie purchase!

Loved it here even though I'm a guy and they dont sell men's apparel! I went with my wife and still had a nice shopping experience, purchasing several ceramic and glass pieces including bowls, cups, planters, and a soap dish. The clothes and accessories for women were quite nice too -- lots of soft colours with unique designs and interesting cuts -- and they had some bed and bath products as well. The other great thing about this particular franchise is that it's located in an old church with some residual stained glass but a modernized interior, so it's both spacious and beautiful. There are two floors with several 'rooms' featuring different goods, and even an elevator for accessibility. The staff were friendly and helpful too. I'd definitely visit here again to do some shopping with my wife!

The building is super cool, but they seem to be not doing as well as they used to. They used to have a beautiful selection of kitchen supplies and China , but as per my last visit, they don't carry them anymore. Repetitive merchandise and scented candles are all whet they have left.

The Staff is rude- too “boho chic” for my lifestyle without actually being “chic”- you’d probably need more manners if you’d like to reach the “queen’s palace” ? ?- in the strange way people in “rags to riches” wear their lifestyle- the store’s fashioned clothes- “hippie chic, thrift store cheap” without the actually rices showing- way too expensive for mostly a “cotton blend” and the “silks” are hardly the actually thread ?- dialled down “good quality clothes” with the expensive prices only representing what “materials they think are it” - NO! I can find cheaper at Urban Outfitters or West Elm - for sheets and bedding- if im splurging I may as well get what I pay for- and west elm is an arm and a leg but at least the “material” tag reflects the cotton- too cheap. The “sales” are just “things people dont want” and odds and ends - kind of like the rest of their store - that mainly supply candles ?- lol - go to bed, bath and beyond ?- at least the “sales lady” isnt snooty abput the “candle smells” are how “avante garde” this smell over that- that shes been inhaling too long - I just want a candle - vanilla or whatever- I dont need 100$ worth for 1. Thank you! Typical for queen st. ? so much of the attitude of a snot without actually being more than a “busker” pedalling cheap buys, lame! ? JG

Loved the atmosphere of this location which seems to be a refurbished old church. The store is well lit and so bright which fits the items they sell. The bowls, cups and utensil area always has gorgeous and unique items. We ended up leaving with a new bowl set. However, if you are smaller than average and wear a 0 or 00 in most stores Anthropologie probably won't have much that will fit you. While I love their styles more items are ill fitting and baggy (even when they aren't supposed to be baggy).

Lovely designed store. There are stairs at the entrance and for the second floor. Two elevators are available. The store itself is nicely laid out and has a sale section at the back upstairs. It’s a higher end store with prices reflective of such.

Extremely rude staff in the change room. My sister and I were there this Saturday at 6:30pm. Keep in mind the store closes at 7 pm. We had one dress to try on and the staff at the change room told us they were closing the change room for the day. We looked around and didn’t understand so I asked if we could go in because the store a) wasn’t closed and b) we had one dress. She said she had a lot to put away and so we looked at her pile. There wasn’t a lot. I think that is extremely poor, lazy customer service. She was unpleasant and rude. I am shocked that that type of customer service can receive such high praise on google. Anthropologie could have made multiple last min sales but by turning customers away on a LONG WEEKEND is poor practice and that particular staff deserved to be coached.
