M	Megan Rantz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience of buying cabinet hardware from CB2 has been shockingly bad. The order was placed in mid December for mid January delivery. The items continued to be delayed week, after week, after week. Until, 4 months had passed since order time and we finally received the order only to discover they sent the wrong items. They could not fix the issue and put our order back on back order and we are continuing to wait. This process of getting placed back at the back of the line for items we had been waiting nearly half the year for somehow got us on the mailing list. I have unsubscribed every day. And every day I continue to get emails. I have called customer service twice and yet I continue to receive marketing emails. I cannot block them since they still owe me half my kitchens handles. I cannot express how deeply I regret buying handles from cb2, and I would like to thank them for the second full time job of trying to track them down.

One of them misses everything, no protection hardboard, no instruction, no light bulb, only contains the base and the hood, and the condition is worse than a store sample, full of scratches on the surface of the base. The other one has everything, however, the light is defective and won't light up. I tried the bulb with other lamps and it works.

I was looking for a book shelf that wouldn't be in stock online until April and the associate I spoke to, Paulo, informed me that they had a return for this item and I was able to purchase it! Extremely happy with the service and product looks great.

But frankly speaking, quality style and pricing are no longer the best options because of competition. Still, CB2 remains one of my favourite places to just casually walk but will think twice before making a purchase just because of the alternative choices equal if not better in many aspects.

A	Alex Trimble on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shop at CB2 frequently, but I have had such a frustrating time with our Dondra King bed. The slats have broken twice (and I can assure you it’s not from anything other than sleeping lol) they replaced them once but when I called and tried to even purchase replacement slats (yes I was willing to pay for them) they apparently don’t sell them anymore? It’s a current bed frame so it’s bewildering to me that they can’t be replaced. I was in communication with a LOVELY employee who was trying to help me order them but it sounds like it’s more of a corporate issue that he couldn’t resolve. My mattress is constantly sinking in that spot, so I guess my only alternative is ordering slats from IKEA or Amazon? Also, the frame doesn’t tightly fit a mattress. There’s a couple extra inches at the top (or bottom) between the mattress and the head board, so you end up with a big gap. Disappointed.

They fixed an issue with the delivery (which didn’t have anything to do with them) and now we love our Drommen bed. Very impressed and equally as grateful.

Specifically Pedro was great to work with. I believe they offer some services for free as well and they have a clearance section on the second story that had some cool stuff.
