I’ve shopped here a few times and I’ve always encountered that laid back queen street vibe and I never feel pressured to buy anything. But lately there’s a new face, Michelle(?) who tries to oversell so much to the point it’s cringeworthy, I don’t feel like she knows what she’s talking about, and I feel uncomfortable. I now always check through the window before I enter. Sorry neat!

The BEST custer service I have encountered in Toronto in so long! Without any questions or hesitations they replaced a product that was slightly damaged with a brand new one.

Went in to grab some $10 spoons... Left with a $700 receipt, my Wife's gonna kill me but whatever. Whoever that sales lady is, she is gooood. Givee her a raise, a stake in the company and a Pink Cadillac, she is gooood. I visited 08/12/2019. ???

Purchased one of the beanbags they stock to find a tear in the interior lining about a year after purchase. The manufacturer has a 24 month warranty in the US however in Canada the product is only covered for 6. Neat was able to work with the manufacturer and solve the issue.

Terrible TERRIBLE customer service. I’ve made an online order with Neat and everything was packaged nicely except one of the items I’ve ordered was missing. I knew it was probably a human error and I didn’t really care for it too much. So I’ve decided to send them a quick email them about it. They told me to check it again to see if it’s actually missing. Of course I took my time going through all my kitchen cupboards and my dining table where I initially opened the package. It wasn’t anywhere to be seen. So I emailed them back telling them that I did not receive it. I haven’t heard from them for two business days. So I decided to take the liberty to use the chat box. My god was that a bad idea. The agent was rude and condescending making it sound like I was trying to trick them into sending me another item. They kept mentioning how they were “under the impression that you’ve received the board in the first place”. It’s a freaking cutting board for god sake. If it was there, I wouldn’t want another one. Come on NEAT. That is not how you treat your customers. Feels bad.
