★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is exceptional and the staffs are very friendly. We arrived after they had served their last order but because of how far we came from, they actually Made us food very quickly before closing!!!! The food is delicious ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing first time there I ordered the machine with fries & a bottle of water. When asked for the toppings I told the guy to make it how he would eat it. It was amazing burger was fresh toppings were too brioche bun nicely toasted. Fries were good tho a little more time in the fryer would have been the best choice. As some were a bit cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried once….. upset….I am vegetarian and my daughter ordered chicken ? burger…. I explain them twice plz mark … they did but wrong …. In veg one was chicken and chicken one had veg.. very upset I throw it in garbage……cost both burger around 20 bucks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order through Uber Eats and pickup so I'll write about that experience.
The times I've ordered, Uber says it's ready to pick up, but when I go there, I still need to wait like 3-5 minutes because they're not ready. That could be a grievance in the system, but it's still a notable fault in the customer experience.
The food was okay. I believe I'm conditioned to search for unique flavours in a burger because there are so many good tasting burger joints downtown, that when I had this, it tasted a little plain. The standard no frills flavour could definitely be what many people are looking for, but I think that Matty's Patties, Burger's Priest, and Big Smoke just tasted more interesting, and they're around the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did a dine in last night. Ordered Juicy Lucy on fire with chocolate shake. It was good. We ordered on fire because it was supposed to be spicy. It was good but not spicy. The guy was super helpful and sweet. The place however was not clean. Webs, dirt, and it felt like the place hasn't been cleaned for some long time. It smelled different too when we entered. The 2 stars taken are due to the dirty place and smell.
