J	J.W Deveaux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location's skip the dishes menu is laid out in such a confusing way when you want to customize something, that when I tried to order a plain Jr cheeseburger with just cheese what I actually ordered was a Jr cheeseburger without cheese. Which basically cost me $20 because I spent 20 mins with skipthedishes support trying to get a refund which they didn't give me. I will never eat here in person and they will never get my money through delivery ever again.

You must pre-order from one of 3 food delivery apps so I would not consider it to be takeout (where you order and pay there since you can't pay onsite). Note: Wendy's has specials but not all apply to this location. All Wendy's specials specifically say "at participating locations". The useable food apps are: UberEats, Door Dash, and Skip The Dishes. I would consider this a virtual restaurant (some might call it a ghost kitchen). This concept is born from indoor/outdoor dining restrictions from the 2020-2021 pandemic. They rent space from NBRHD Kitchens which is a shipping container located at a parking lot or wide alley. At this location, it is a wide alley. There is usually only one staff member who prepares the order and gives it to you or deliver person. There is no cashier there. At this location, unfortunately sometimes the orders have wrong items. It may be best to do a pickup instead or delivery so you can check the items before you leave. This location opened Mar 2021. There is no free WiFi. There are no customer washrooms. It is wheelchair accessible. Parking is available along the street.
