โ โ โ โ โ Be careful if you get a repair done here. I took my computer in for a repair, they said in order to do the hardware repair, they would need my login name and password... this is misleading, and fishy... My warning to others is to not give your login/password information for anything other than a restricted-permissions guest account.

โ โ โ โ โ They do not have any return policy, I had to buy mac in urgent, somehow best-buy wasnโt processing order on same day so I bought but later on they told me they have no return or exchange policy I mean every Apple dealers have return policy weather itโs Best Buy or Apple store or source but this sucks, although they are open till 7 so thatโs a little advantage if youโre office worker and donโt have time to go between 10-6

โ โ โ โ โ I took my liquid damaged computer into Jump where they told me repairs would be $700 but that I should just get a new computer instead. My 5 year old retina macbook pro was in fine condition otherwise so I took it to a non-apple affiliated place and they repaired it in 2 days for $300. Even if these parts will be declared vintage it is absurd that customers should be encouraged to replace machines that could be functional. It's wasteful and unethical!

โ โ โ โ โ Went in looking for a genuine Apple MacBook charger, not 3rd party. Their dodgy customer service rep kept pushing their in-house brand, telling me it was better for the price etc. I actually had to press him to show me where the genuine Apple chargers were and it made for overall an uncomfortable experience. Store is nice inside though.

โ โ โ โ โ I walked into the store with an appointment from apple. My phone was having issues connecting to wifi but EVERYTHING ELSE WAS WORKING FINE!
2 hours passed and the technician karan was still updating my phone which they had damaged when tampering with it.
Long story cut short, karen tricks me into collecting my phone back and it won't turn on at all saying its a water damage. they were so rude and unprofessional and somewhat dumb throughout the entire process.
I will take this battle up with apple. your saving grace was I didnt buy the phone at the store. I was a gentleman and I walked out, but guys run away from this store. even my grandmother knows better.
