L	Lauren Levy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This reminded to me appreciate being alive. I tried this for the first time today, having passed it before. I was and am tired, overworked, and underpaid. My fish & chips were prepared in about 5 minutes. My fish was moist and flaky but ensheathed by a crispy, golden shell with only minimal oil. Magnificent. This was the highlight of my day. The portion sizes are generous. The fries, well, I’ve had better before but they were also wonderfully balanced between crunchy and moist, without excess oil. I will say that the box was a little awkward to eat out of but I much, much prefer cardboard to styrofoam since the former is compostable.

Phone order was ready and waiting right on time, packed very nicely with a generous amount of all the condiments - tartar sauce, vinegar and ketchup. My only criticism is that they could drain the fish slighty more when removing it from the fryer - was a bit greasy. Otherwise.. well done! I would go back again.

The fish was not fully cooked and tasted awful, took two bites spit it out and dumped it in the trash, total waste of 25 bucks. Ate here for 20 years but haven't been in awhile. The new owners are horrible cooking halibut. I would never go back here, and its sad because this place used to be soooo good.

On a positive note it was alot of food, arrived hot through delivery and crispy, but it ends there. So, so, so greasy and under seasoned. The coleslaw was mush and way to sweet. So dissatisfied with this meal, will not order again.

If you're ever craving fish and chips make the effort to pop by this beloved little business that's been around since 1988 and was voted BEST FISH AND CHIPS SHOP two years in a row! (2019 & 2020).?????
N	Noah Firestone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best fish and chips I've ever had. Fish was extremely moist and the batter was perfectly crispy but not at all greasy. Huge portion of fries. Packed nicely to make sure it didn't get soggy and when I tried to put the box in the bag the woman behind the counter warned me not to because the steam would make it soggy which I definitely appreciated. Always nice to see someone who really cares about the quality of the experience! Thanks for the great meal!

Fortunately the fish batter is still very crisp, the fries are tasty and fried well and fish itself moist and not dry. Overall the food is good and fresh. However they need - smaller boxes so the contents don't bounce around. My fish became fish fingers. - make their own tartar. At $30 you can't use cheap packets. - be more generous with coleslaw. It's literally cabbage and costs nothing.
