All doctors I met were efficient, the pharmacist is nice and helpful, and the clinic installations are nice and clean. But there's a big problem at this clinic: the 2 ladies sitting at the reception desk. They are the rudest receptionists ever, in person or over the phone. I believe both should not be doing any kind of customer service. Or they should seriously consider change their attitude towards customers.

If I'm worried about my health, especially problems that could be concerning my heart, it's not really an acceptable answer to keep saying "we're going around in circles here" and then stormed out of the room. Especially considering I was the only person there.

And I have had multiple visits here with numerous professionals (Dr.Crampton, Vajra, Lin... etc) I've been treated on time, with utmost respect, care and sincerity by all staff members. Ignore the negative reviews here and boldly give them a chance... they are an incredible team out to make a difference with our lives.

Never had poor service at a doctors office but that was just disrespectful. My grandmother needs her prescription refilled urgently and they clearly did not care for her health seeing as the lady won’t even answer when I called back twice after.
K	Kaustubh Sinha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm unsure which other clinics people have visited before, to call this a 'good clinic' in contrast. This is the worst clinic I have been to all over Toronto and I've been to ones in Etobicoke, Brampton, North York and Downtown. I waited for the length of two appointment slots AFTER having booked an appointment 1 day prior in person! The appointment lasted 1min 30seconds and I was asked to do a test to which the doctor said there would be no response if the results were not abysmally abnormal. The receptionist have a sweet tone but are extremely inefficient both in organising and in communication. A receptionist who also works in Etobicoke (who visits infrequently) is the only nice person in this clinic. My doctor was Dr. Maryam, good luck seeing anyone of them when the clinic is busy(it wasn't when I've been!), which it won't be for long given the rapport it's establishing..
A	Amir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in a rush and it was close to me, so I went there despite the negative ratings. Because I arrived late, they scheduled me for the following day. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by the doctor, who thoroughly examined me and sent me to an ENT specialist, which was the best way to proceed. He also assisted me in locating and scheduling a specialist on the same day because I was in pain.
