★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING : everything in this store is overpriced and everything is final sale during COVID. While other retailers are honouring returns/refunds, this one is not. I bought a telescoping grabber for my father here for $69-. When I saw it half a day later for less than $30- somewhere else, I tried to return it. After negotiating with the manager, the best I could get is a store credit. Why would I shop at a store with prices so out of whack. Seniors especially be careful with your fixed income here. Prices are 2 times what you can get elsewhere or online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the website to see what other expensive products they had and got a ⚠️warning the site was not secure, not to disclose any personal info or card #'s.
As well, the postal code is a mess.
This is the worst first impression. May skip it altogether and go to my usual supplier of med/surge equipment at Bathurst & Davenport area. Great prices and better selection.
