He was with another firm when we found him and we were so impressed with him and his work, that we followed him to Mills and Mills. Taras has extensive knowledge of the not-for-profit sector and was able to advise and guide the club members in what had to be done to write our documents required for successful completion of the court application. Taras was also instrumental in guiding us in writing our CRA charity application. Using his knowledge, we wrote a successful application that was approved within 8 months. Taras was instrumental in negotiating the real estate deal which saw our Optimist Club become the owners of the camp property. He made sure that we completed all resolutions and that everything was properly completed. Taras is an outstanding lawyer. He is very supportive and cares deeply for his clients. He makes himself available and is never difficult to get hold of. If you require help with not for profit or charity legal issues, Taras Kulish is the lawyer you want. You will not be disappointed. I do not get compensated for the financial damages and reputational damages my business incurs from said call back delays. The only reason I still deal with this firm is that they are my provider firm through LegalShield. You have been given many chances over years of service Mills and Mills, repetitive breaches of contract will be tolerated no longer. I am posting this review to let others know. I have requested a substantial refund through LegalShield. I will combat your repetitive unprofessionalism and repetitive breaches of contract, any ways I can.

Everything about Garrett bespeaks professionalism.
