Within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours is his ability to reply to queries. For most real-estate matters, he is able to quote a flat rate in advance. In this regard his multitude of clients are aware of their legal budget in advance.
For complex real estate matters a range can be requested. He is brilliant and his fees are fair. Next to impossible, it is to accept any new client(s).
He is an amazing giant amongst mere mortals. Thank you ? ? ☺️ so very much for your inspirational abilities.
