After watching a movie in Cineplex, me and my wife came here to grab a pizza.
We waited for 40m to find out they had forgotten about our pizza. They said they were sorry and they said it would only take 6 minutes to bake another one, but then they came with a large pizza and I had ordered a extra-large pizza.
When I asked the guy what was that he said he wasn’t the one to take the order and that he couldn’t do anything.
End of the story I went home 1 hour and a half later, with a wrong pizza.

Raptors fan be aware that this place is a scam and the free pizza won’t be allowed here - I sent my son to get his free Pizza after raptors games here and their scanner was not working and they did not even accept insert the code manually with the proof of Raptors ticket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just came from pizza pizza Yonge and Eglinton. There is a huge banner saying “creamy garlic pizza $11,99”. The lady said the price changed to $12,99 and refused to sell to me for the price announced. I ended up not buying anything and left the place completely frustrated. Not sure if I will ever come back to this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has to be the worst pizza pizza in the country! The lady who was serving was super rude and then later I assume that was her manager came in and wasn’t helpful either! The lady outright refused to understand how coupons worked and asked me to call the call centre which I did and even then went on to say rude things. Never again…. Worst customer service of all time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience, the dude behind the counter was so slow, and did not even hear our order properly. When we asked about our Coke which we had ordered, he just said he didn't hear us when we asked for it, and walked away. We asked for ketchup sachets and he told us to wait, showing unecessary attitude. I would avoid this location's Pizza Pizza in the future. Pizza Pizza in general seems to have awful and depressing service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE! This Location is an absolute embarrassment to the whole Franchise! Today the Lady refused to give me extra napkins even though I said that I would pay for them. This was because they were "not for me" as she put it, BUT in fact for the homeless couple at the corner of yonge and eglinton with the dreads, that I promised some warm food. I left and came back after thirty and when I asked for extra napkins again I was ignored and told to sit down?..... After I talked to another incredibly rude employee, they explained to me since " I've been asking questions every two minutes" I can either "have a refund or take a seat and wait". This would be alright to ask, if I hadn't already waited 30 mins for a pickup, then once I walk in the location, I notice my pizzas were only being placed in the oven at that exact moment. I asked for a receipt and refund, in which the lady started swearing at me hilariously in my own language.... I promptly walked to PIZZAOLO down the street. I told the manager why I was ordering pizza and they gave me 50 PERCENT off ! PIZZA PIZZA is great, but this has to be the lowest quality level customer service you can recieve in the city. THIS IS OBVIOUSLY WITHOUT A DOUBT THE WORST PIZZA PIZZA IN TORONTO, maybe even Canada. BLOGTO should do a piece on this location. I would love to speak to the store owner in person if possible OR IF YOU COULD KINDLY LEAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS. BEWARE this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This particular location is messed up, out of 5 times I ordered from here 3 times they messed up. 1st time they didn’t even came to deliver the pizza at all, and it took me whole 2 weeks to get my money back, 2nd time they gave me someone else’s order and 3rd time again no one came to deliver the pizza, so even if i order from this location by mistake, i will make sure to set pay at door the options.
