Somehow somebody was able to get a hold of a master key to all the condos, so they had to change all the locks… The locks have been changed, but now they won’t allow anybody to come and deliver food to our door. So because of their HUGE mistake we have to pay for it. All around just very bad management at this building.

Feel like they're paid just to be a paper weight. The Management Team is slow and does not take your problems seriously. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
R	Rena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible building to live in! Considering this is a fairly new condo, too many issues including leaks that created major damage and took forever to repair. Management office not great to deal with. I do not recommend this building.
j	jesse s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice building but I just found out you have to pay extra to rent amenities on top of the incredibly expensive rent! ie if you want to play pool for an hour it will cost you $65 or if you want to use the theatre room it’s $50 etc…

The amenities are very well maintained and people are respectful. The zen garden is a great place to spend time on and the ability to reach the LCBO and the Loblaws from inside the condo is a great plus.

Water damage in the floor above our apartment means people are in there all day and night doing repairs with no regard for my partner and I who have to listen to it. Its 1am currently and someone is up there stomping loudly and doing some work. Absolutely unacceptable and after three emails and two phone calls nothing has been done to address the problem. I will be looking to move as soon as possible.
W	Wanqing Liu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The condo next to the street and it is noisy at night. The environment and style of the house looks very depressing. But the blackout curtains in the house do not work at all, the morning sun is very dazzling! The whole building is very tidy.
