★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: (i) The property manager and concierge are very prompt to any questions and requests. (ii) residents are polite and respectful in the common areas. (iii) 3 elevators for just 160 suites (my previous DT condo has 6 elevators only for 500+ suites) (iv) nice and quiet facing the residential side, i.e. Yonge Street side.
Cons: (i) parking garage entrance is a bit narrow (ii) no swimming pool (it can be a pro)
Overall, it's my first time residing in St Clair/Yonge area. No wonder it's one of the most affluent and sought after areas. You can have uptown privacy and space here yet vibrant downtown excitement is nearby
