Green rock is a reputable property manager with this locations hop skip and a jump away from Davisville subway station. The property is meticulously maintained and has a great reputation for dealing with its clients.

I advise anyone wanting to move in to this building where someone I know, Todd Simkover lives and pays a crazy insane amount of rent at over $1200/month for only a Studio apartment not to move in and pay unaffordable rates especially when receiving ODSP Government income like he is receiving because they only issue people who are on ODSP under $500/month for rent. For this reason, my friend is always broke and can barely afford to stock his fridge with the necessary food he needs for a month as his closest grocery store is insanely expensive and called Sobeys. I understand that Todd is paying too much when Australia ?? has $26/hour minimum wage and on the Gold Coast a 1 bedroom apartment is less money at only $1080/month and this building is situated in Canada ?? and the minimum wage here is $15/hour. For this reason, and his building manager and security officer charging him too much money, leaving him broke, that's why I feel it isn't very fair on him or his friends who visit as he can't afford to feed his friends because his rent is highway robbery and they are scamming him. Please be nicer landlords and adjust his rent to $750/month so he can have his money he needs for other basic needs to be covered. Also $1.00 Canadian os equal to $1.10 Australian so that is basically the same value for our money and to have his friends restricted from visiting is taking away his freedom and rights. Not cool Canada. How Rude!!!! And the How Rude was in the words of Stephanie Tanner, my Family ?, aka Jodie Sweetin from Full House and Fuller ? ?

overall ok experience. ...Just that Entrance of the building looks beautiful only on marketing video ...management doing nothing to make entrance look appealing as shown in pictures during summer time ...i.e. dead fountain, no plantation, no Christmas decoration etc. ....Also in-suit repair request takes forever to fix location- 4/5 cleanliness- 4/5 Neighbourhood - 4/5 Management - 1/5

225 have the best view ever in the area. The workers in the building are so kind but the support by mail is really bad the lady who is in charge of the info mail will never give you a good solution. Also the building is a little old and have some construction defects but you can fix it by yourself.

No one cares about your living experience once you signed the contract and paid money. Just be careful when you are considering this apartment. They don’t solve issue for you when you feel their construction noise and dust annoyed you. Your suite will get dusty and dirty everywhere under their construction. I just lived here less than half of the year. The construction is never end. More important, they hide the construction truth when you are asking them at the time you are signing the contract. If you ask more, the leasing office will tell you they don’t know. Then you will suffer a whole year construction phases. If you tell them you want to transfer to another building, the only option they offer is to ask you to sign off another contract and then you are still liable for the rest rent. This is how they make money!! Recalling when I just moved in, I notice some of the tenant left their unit but still pay rent for the vacant unit. I was told by the leasing office those tenants wanted to move to their own house so they quit the contract early. Now I understand why!! Those people was forced to move out and keep paying because the bad living experience inGreenrock!!! Msg me if you are considering renting the place. I can provide details for to you able decision!

I lived at 77 Davisville about a year ago during the extreme Covid measures l, i enjoyed my time there, they even offered monthly gift cards for everyone on monthly bases to help with their grocery which was a nice thing, adding to that who ever didn’t have money or lost there hob, they allowed to make the monthly rent with the credit card until u manage, i had no issues at all until last day when i moved out, after i left with a a year, i even needed a reference letter and they also provided me with it , no complains, only i guess they need to update the in it a bit maybe installing A/c in the new upgraded apartments. Recommended!

Not the best customer service out there! They absolutely ignore your maintenance requests and you need to take care of them yourself. Been more than a month since I filled out two maintenance requests and haven’t heard back. Also, the kitchen cabinets were full of mold when I moved in 6 months ago and I still haven’t been able to get a hold of them to fix it. They are never in their office either.

The location is just amazing. I’ve been staying here for a year & it’s perfect in respect to good neighbourhood, nice people, very accessible to the subway station, & few more. But the management is a total disaster. Since day 1 I have never received Whatever I have been requesting for: - There was a referral offer when I just came in. I got these people 2 referrals but they never bothered to pay us for that. Just kept dodging our emails & would ask to fill up new forms every-time. - Recently, when one of my housemate is moving we asked for the service lift. The lady claimed they have that service available only until 4:30. On trying to explain that I’m working during those hours she just laughed to my concern. I tried to explain her that it won’t just be a issue for me but the other residents as well, as ill be using the normal lift. To which she said, β€œThat’s not our problem!” Hence, this management is doing a horrible job. Not accommodating at all. Just here to sell their vacant units & then they’ll never care if you are enjoying your stay. BE CAREFUL!
