★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been trying to reach a human for the past two weeks through email and phone - no luck. I have a monthly pass, but my car has been in the shop and I'm using a loaner from my mechanic. They base your pass on your licence plate so I keep getting charged even thought I have a monthly pass. Absolutely ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cancelled my parking as I don't require the spot anymore. Sent email and received confirmation from Nadia Slimane after 2 weeks of initial email acknowledging the cancellations and no further payments will be billed from my account as of June 25 2020.
First week of Aug another payment came off from my acct. Sent several emails asking them to reimburse the money back to my account..as of today no response. I put a stop for any further deduction and will report the matter to BBB.
