★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent parking lot on a prime location. However, few issues - First, Slightly on the expensive side in comparison to other Upark lots. The $4 parking option is now $6. Secondly, Monthly parking is really high as well. Third, there is no app option to pay for parking. The website says Honk mobile app could be used. However, Honk mobile confirmed that Upark has removed all of its lots from the app. Last but not the least, option to extend from cell phone does not work.
With respect to surveillance or parking space availability, no issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is poor. I needed assistance and a car towed since it was parked at the wrong stop, but the UPark office was closed and the call was sent to voicemail. UPark's customer service hours are limited till 5 p.m. The parking officer could not do anything because it is a private property parking. If you have a parking service operating 24/7 then have a costumer service working 24/7 as well.
