The team worked very efficiently in terms of wrapping, and handling it with prudency and cautiousness. Although they were carrying my piano through a small and narrow hallwayed Victorian home, they were able to do their job with ease and care. They certainly made what i would have thought to be impossible seem easy. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the move, and will definitely use their services in the future.

We took the day off of work and waited all day, and when we phoned they had no record of our appointment, and claimed that the person we spoke with was on vacation. They put all the blame on us for not giving our email address, when they never asked for it. They had all of our contract info otherwise. I get a really bad feeling from this company, I'm glad that we didn't pay up front! Though now we need to find another piano moving company in a hurry because we're scheduled to do flooring next week. Update: they phoned back later that evening, and admitted they had made a mistake. They offered us a discount to move the piano another day. We accepted. They did a decent job in the end, though they did damage our door handle on the way in. But it was a cheap repair. I expect that they would reimburse me, but it isn't worth pursuing, and I really dislike the way the owner speaks to me. I'm a little concerned about leaving this honest review because they know where I live.

The movers were incredibly professional and efficient, and took the time to make sure we were happy with the position of the piano (moved inch by inch) before they left. The piano was wrapped beautifully so we felt confident that it was protected during transport. The movers also took the time to roll out and position their moving rugs so our floors were protected and clean after they left. Highly recommend!

They were incredibly professional, skilled and really took precious care when moving it. I was initially a bit nervous because the piano had sentimental value, was heavy and stairs were tight, but they came through with confidence and experience. I would definitely use them again for future speciality moves.

They came during the window promised, and they moved my 48" upright like it weighed nothing! They were very careful both at my pickup location and my new home, making sure to protect the floors and not damage my walls or my piano at the new home. I would recommend them to anyone looking to move their instrument.
