★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved here in July 2020. Although a little worried because of the reviews, it turned out as a wonderful place to live. We saw our apartment when the previous tenant moved out, it looked horrible. We were promised that they would renovate the whole thing, we trusted and signed. After a week we came back and the place just looked amazing.
Good area, good people and good management. Especially Michael, wonderful person!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surface upgrades are already falling apart. Building security is minimal and doors unable to shut properly. Simple things like changing light bulbs happen once in a while. Many instances over the summer where there was only one elevator in service. The list goes on and on because of the negligence with Amelin. They could care less about the proper maintenance of the building and the safety of their tenants. Would give 0 stars if I could.
