I booked an appointment through their website, and despite receiving multiple conformations and reminders through both email and text, when I showed up there for the viewing, the concierge said they do not have the leasing agent on site and they did not have the appointment on file. Also, the concierge informed us there were no 2 bedroom apartments available for viewing, despite being advertised in multiple rental sites.This is highly unacceptable and unprofessional.

Since we moved, the personnel of the Torontonian has been nothing but kind, accommodating, responsive and 100% pet friendly. Highly recommend if you're looking for affordable and spacious apartment. A gem in the tough Toronto real estate market!

You will be surprised with the beautiful sun rays early in the morning and expectacular lights at night time. My friends always hang out because they loved my place too. When it comes from clealiness of the bldg I'd like to commend the management for the reason that they've maintained the cleanliness plus corridors are well lighted..at Torontonian suits are more spacious..and one thing I couldn't, forget the management has always something to offer to tenant's "social gathering every summer the bbq time..free foods and drinks!!bazaar, and different contest every season..Kudo's to all staff's of Torontonian(45 dunfield)

If you can afford the rents, great place to live in what used to be a nice area, thanks to bad Toronto policies about housing certain peoples, danger and mental illness is the new normal in this neighborhood.

Although this is an older building they have done extensive renovations and the suites are super quiet. They are very friendly and diligent with maintenance requests
E	Emperor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an absolutely horrible experience trying to reach a rental leasing agent. I have been trying to get in touch with the rental lease office for over week. Finally got in touch with a gentleman from the rental office. Very arrogant and told me to email him and said there is a unit available. So I sent him a message and only to be ghosted. Never heard back from him. Very immoral and unprofessional people working at the leasing office. However, I have to say that the people at the concierge are very nice and courteous. It’s just the leasing agent. I guess they don’t need business. I was so disappointed, I decided to go with another property management.Found lots other options with reasonable price that have in suits laundry and AC and heat included. Never this rental company again.
