★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I won't be shy about this but this building has serious roach problems. And i think it has to do with their maintenance of the building and cleaning. If they dont fix this they will continue to have this even if pest control comes in with their harmful sprays.
I reported this to them twice and didnt get a response. So i actually went to the couple superintendent and the man was professional he said he was sorry for not responding he was busy... the women landord wife is just cold and she said she will make a note and scurried off.
Ive heard from another website that the couple landlord stated that nobody tells them they have cockroaches..really well thats hard to believe when you see these roaches in the hallways running around or dead. How is that not seeable. I still continue seeing cockroaches i have even sealed holes that are open. And they still are around. It is frustrating to see them come up while you sleep on your hand. And then when you cook they walk over your plates. And these two cant work and stop being lazy.
I also had in the past bed bug issues i had to throw away my furniture. Twice.!! Now its cockraches and iam throwing away food.
If you want to move here please consider the non communication of the landlords and management. And also consider you will be having apartment insect issues that will not get resolved. Iam consider moving out. I cant take it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management is TERRIBLE. Received a notice for fire alarm testing saying half the floors will be tested one day and the other half another day. Well yesterday it went off for 6 hours. And today it has been going for 2 hours already. GREAT COMMUNICATION management. Would appreciate ACCURATE notices this is torture for pets and people who work over night.
