★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable size Bachelor, but rent keeps going up and up, not sure its worth it. Building is kept up nicely, neighbors and mgmt are nice too. Renovations are done once in a while tho some have taken the cool art deco style and ruined it into 90s uglyness. Most repairs are dealt with fast, but big ones takes some insisting for months :-S. Also water comes out rusty, must let it run first and then its fresh and drinkable.
