Completely irresponsible staff. Fire drill is happening for 3 days in 263 pharmacy without any explanation!!! Put some print out to educate people and tell what’s going on!! If people die herein case of a real fire, you, owner will be responsible!!!!

It's an older apartment (no stove vent or AC) but I don't mind. The one thing I appreciate are that residents don't steal each others packages. With regards to other reviews, if you're concerned about pests (not a problem for me), go buy a $3/4 million shoe box. This is Toronto, pests are everywhere. Edit - it will be four years this fall since I’ve lived here. Still , good property and very well maintained
M	Mehtab Grover on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived there for one year and it was the worst experience. Price is high and its not worth. Parking lots are narrow and expensive as well. The place is full of roaches. Even I noticed a rat in the apartment coming out of bathroom sink pipe area, so dont be surprised when you see one. The staff is so rude. They say the heat is included in the rent but the heat they provide is not enough to keep a small size room warm. I don’t recommend this apartment building to anyone. Moreover, its a rush area.
