r	rama haddad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are 22 floor in this building with 3 elevators most of the time one of the elevator is not working and they use another one for service so officially it is only one elevator working in this building so imagine how long you need to wait , rude management and superintendent but if you are from their country you will have special treatment Just to let you know I never been late in the rent payment even during the COVID 19 but they don’t appreciate their good customers at all

Overpriced, mice in the laundry room, dirty washers/dryers, elevators are a nightmare, paint falls off the walls and will pursue rent hikes above guidelines every chance they get. Building staff (cleaning and maintenance are great, that's it.)

After one year living here, we had cockroaches and even mice in our unit!!!!!! The complains about cockroaches and mice go back one year, still they don’t care. Their service are very poor. The only thing that they care is money nothing else. 98% of time, 2 out of 3 elevators are not working and you need to wait for elevator more than 30 minutes.
