We looked at a lot of places with Julian and felt no pressure to make any premature decisions. In the whole process of selling, Justin responded to every message and email very quickly. He was very patient to explain everything very clearly no matter how many times I asked about it. He conducted himself in my best interests. The final result shows that all his suggestions are wise and right. Justin Black is also a nice person. He helped me to test in using ShowingTime system. Because I could not e-sign the offer, he printed it and brought it to my home twice so that I could sign it physically.
