They illegally took the money from me for parking and still fined me. I am glad that only they did not called a tow truck. The worsted management in the world.

The superintendent team deserves a big shout out for the stress free move in.10/10
M	Megan VM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ took more than 20+ days for Park property management to even respond to a request for pest control treatment the first time. Took 40 days the second time from request to treatment. Refused to do block treatments of surrounding units and said multiple times they can't do anything about cockroaches in the bathroom, because bathrooms are moist and we have to accept it. The whole building lost hydro for 48 hours unexpectedly because of negligence in repairs and the Park Property Management residence manager said any lost food, wages, etc. was not their responsibility. But don't worry, they gave us glowsticks from the dollar store to get through the night without power. they spend A LOT of money on social media posts and leasing agents, but they treat their tenants like cockroaches (while not treating the actual cockroaches)
