I prefer white meat so I pay the extra for a breast and of course every time I don’t get it, I have held off leaving a review but today was the final order. They also messed up my chicken sandwich l, I order the chicken sandwich and got the spicy one with extra sauce. Really disappointed and will no longer be ordering from here .

Servings of the sides were small, fries were almost stale, drinks were put into the same plastic bag as the food so they were delivered warm, sandwiches tasted like they've been sitting for an hour.

My most recent visit, I was told to wait 7-8 minutes for chicken tenders. I came back 10 minutes later, told the cashier and still had to wait over 10 more minutes to get my food. Over 20 minutes for 2x3 pc tender combos. Please let me know if it's going to take that long next time. It sucks to keep waiting and expecting it to be ready when it's not even close.

They have very good side dishes as well, such as macroni and cheese, onion rings etc. Kids can also enjoy here as they have kids menu too. Overall loved being here with my family.

Crispy, just the right amount of batter, portions are decent (not like KFC which has exceptionally small chicken parts). Sides are good, especially fries (dine in, take out fries get soggy and hard) and red bean rice. Popeye's in Toronto is much better than Jollybee and KFC for sure.
