T	Terry Josic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my experience: Thanksgiving day a few years back I ended up in the emergency room - upon awaking that morning, my back had seized up and I was in so much pain I passed out and hit the floor. When I came to, I simply could not get off the floor. An ambulance ride later, I was in the hospital getting shot up with pain killers. I left the hospital in a state where I couldn't even lean over to tie my shoes - the pain was excruciating. That week I made an appointment with Mr. Kolesa at the Metliss Clinic. I arrived at his clinic wincing with every step. It hurt to breath. Anyone who has had backpain knows what I mean. I had never had osteopathic treatment. The process of osteopathy was surprisingly gentle, and I was able to drift into a semi-sleep. At the end of the first session, I rose slowly and, to my surprise was able to reach down to tie my shoes again. I would say 80% of the pain was gone. Given the state that I had walked in, this was truly remarkable. Over the course of my sessions with Mr. Kolesa over a few weeks, the results after every session were identifiable - I could lean over and tie my shoes, I could fall asleep again without wincing awake from the back pain, and I didn't need to take pain killers. The resulting benefits I received from Mr. Kolesa treatment at the Metliss Clinic were, flat out, remarkable. I didn't expect the results to be so immediate, obvious, identifiable. But I have personally experienced them myself. Grateful for the pain relief and ongoing health.

Since then, I have NEVER had the back or neck issues flare up again. I am still amazed. Prior to that I had gone to a chiropractor for about a year and nothing had helped. If I ever have another issue with body alignment or pain I will be going to the Metliss Clinic 100%. Would highly recommend.

I have seen many different types of practitioners over the years with minimal improvement and starting giving up hope. I have had chronic pain for more than 20 years and more recently I have been having constant severe headaches and no one has been able to help me...until I met Michael. I think Michael is an awesome osteopath. He has a very gentle demeanour and he truly cares about his patients (you can see he is not in it just for the money). I have been seeing him for a month now and I am already on the road to feeling better. I am actually excited about my treatments and optimistic with the outcome. This is my first Google review because this is how much I believe in Michael.
